Return Policy

Linens'n'Curtains declares Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy and Instructions as followings: - 

Order Cancellation

    1.  Once order is received, order can be cancelled within 24 hours and informed to us. Later than that order can not be cancelled as these are customized made on order products and after 24 hours, products start processing as per your customized needs.
    2. Once order is cancelled, refund will be issued within 3 working days.

      Faulty Item Returns

        We will gladly accept faulty item returns for items purchased online by all of customers subject to the following conditions:

        1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice.
        2. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.
        3. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
        4. We will not accept change of mind returns in any items purchased.
        5. If you request an exchange, you must pay us any costs associated with us delivering the exchange item to you and, if the exchange item is of a higher value than the return item, you must also pay us the difference in price. Your exchange item will be shipped once you have paid for these costs and we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
        6. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

        If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations in the  country in which the products were purchased which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or  providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

        We are also required under the Indian Consumer Law to tell our Australian, British & American customers that: “Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Indian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure”. 

        Return Instructions
        1. Please follow the instructions below if you wish to return or exchange and item. 
        2. We check the Item twice before dispatching, so there is minimal chance for any fault. Even if any fault comes then we try to figure out the solution either by sending the correct item or by refunding.
        3. We request buyer to inform us once they receive the item. By such ways we can make the service better & better day by day.
        4. In case package comes back to us It can be resend but if the buyer decides to cancel the order in such situation refund will be made after deducting the shipping charges.
        Return by Post
        1. Please include your packing slip and/or invoice with your name, order date, and sales order reference number
        2. If you wish to exchange for an item available online, please write the 7 digit product code and size on the invoice.  Please note that stock availability is not guaranteed for exchanges.
        3. Once we have received the item and verified the return conditions are met, we will refund or exchange the full purchase price.

        Refunds will be issued by the same payment method used by the Customer while making Purchase.

        Refund Policy
          1. Please connect with our customer care via email or call.
          2. The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange
          3. Ensure to collect the return address from customer care.
          4. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.
          5. Follow the instructions of customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services.
          6. Ensure that the awb / tracking number is shared with customer care.
          7. The order shall be considered for refund only if the seller receives the product in undamaged condition [there should be no scratches, no dents etc]
          8. Refund will be issued within 5-10 working days after product is returned and received in its original condition.
          Refund Exclusions
              A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met.
                1. The product is completely broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete as per the seller claims from the customer.
                2. The product is returned beyond the required return date or you have not informed us about the concern within 2 weeks.
                3. The order returned does not accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order.
