What is My Account?

We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account". "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions. You can

  • manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • change your password
  • track the status of your orders

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). We will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your order/account. In this mail you will be provided with an Order ID (eg. 1010101) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

What are the delivery charges?

We provide free delivery on USA and sometimes in Australia and UK too.

IS there any hidden cost like tax, octroi etc?

There is no hidden cost apart from what you see on shoping cart and checkout page.

How and when can I cancel my purchase?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received for any reason you can send it back to us within 15 days from the date of receiving the order on our address. Send us a mail at sd.contactus@gmail.com

Where can I enter the discount code?

Just open the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon and  you will see the area called "apply discount code" - simply click on that and enter the code.

When is my payment taken?

Your payment is taken when you process your order using our payment provider PayPal. PayPal is totally secure and is used by literally millions of people each day to make payments.

When can I expect my order?

All in stock items will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days and delivered usually within 3-7 working days of your order being placed. During busy periods dispatch can be delayed due to the volume of orders received.

I want to return/exchange goods. How do I go about this?

Then you are more than welcome to send them back as long as they have not been worn of course within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us before to get our acceptance.
